This charming one-act pay with original songs is adapted from Oscar Wilde's short story of the same name. It is ideal for performance by younger youth groups with 10 principal parts and up to 17 additional minor/chorus roles. It tells the story of a statue erected in the town square which is befriended by a Little Swallow and how they affect the lives of such characters as the Little Match Girl and the blind boy, Davy.
