It is a longish one-acter, and it concerns a 15-year-old schoolgirl named Penny who has the gift of telepathy. Because of this she is being pursued by a sinister government department called DORRITT (Department of Reinforced Radiation-Induced Though Transfer). Besides this main story, it also deals with issues such as school peer pressure, bullying, teenage romance, parental conflict. Although a thriller there is a lot of comedic content.
