“Narrow House: Dreams to Let” is a fictionalized account of how the fragments of a 1938 radio broadcast and the unexpected arrival of a pregnant young woman throw the lives of the five tenants of Narrow House into chaos. Each tenant’s life has been impacted by the Great Depression and the specter of war. They struggle to survive, holding tight to their dreams, and the arrival of Bellissa Clare becomes one more great dream whose promise is as elusive and mysterious as the static on an old Philco radio.
