This full-length black comedy, recently premiered at The Norbury Theatre, Droitwich, proved a resounding success with audiences and critics. A middle-aged couple living with her mother (in her 80s and losing it) and an Eastern-European maid who speaks little English are invaded by Elizabeth’s hypochondriacal first husband and her friend who is something of a sexual predator. It all leads to some very funny situations and lots of unexpected surprises in the Second Act.
