‘Charlie Cartwright at the Back of Beyond’, is a black comedy concerning a retired gangster who turns up at the remote inn ‘The Back of Beyond’ accompanied by his ‘moll’ and his ‘minder’. He thinks he is there to give an investigative reporter an exclusive interview about his life of crime, but the visit is to spring Charlie a few unexpected surprises.
