A free adaptation of Shakespeare's As You Like It. Set in a modern day restaurant kitchen. Medium cast. Rosalind goes for a job as a Head Chef but is turned down because she is a girl! She decides to disguise herself as a boy and gets the job. Her best friend Celia joins her as a waitress. Meanwhile Orlando, who has fallen out with his brother Oliver, and is making his own way in the world as Head Chef, meets Rosalind and falls for her. Rosalind disguised as Ross gives Orlando tips on how to win the hand of Rosalind. Meanwhile supporting characters Tommy, Phoebe, Silvius and Audrey give us some lovely moments of comedy. Henry the, put-upon Restaurant Manager, does his best to keep them all in line with little success.
